POLICIES AND EXPLANATION OF SERVICES A word about our services and policies: Our goal is to provide our clients with the best of services for the most reasonable price possible. Foremost in our mind is always client courtesy and client satisfaction. We pledge to treat you and your property with respect by being neat, on time, (we'll call if we are late), and use the most effective method of pest control regardless of cost to us. We are not trying to compete with the cheapest companies, nor are we as expensive as the big franchises. We strive to offer the most client services for the least amount of money. Here's an explanation of our services. SET-UP FEE: $50.00: When starting a new account or an account that has not been serviced in several months, we have to use a lot of additional chemicals and baits to get the insect population to a controllable level. TWO-MONTH SERVICE: We schedule a treatment every eight weeks, being available for service every four weeks at no charge should a problem arise, between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. We treat the inside, put bait in the kitchen area and where needed, and treat the outside with a microencapsulated product, which adheres to the house foundation, and lasts longer. To control household ants it is suggested that the year program be implemented. THIS PROGRAM WILL NOT COVER INFESTATION OF WHITE FOOTED ANTS. TWO-MONTH SERVICE COST: $60.00 YEARLY: Most of our clients choose this program because it protects them against all insects except fleas, ticks and wood destroying insects and organisms for one year. We thoroughly treat your home using a combination of baits and IF NEEDED, INSECTA or KILLMASTER (products available only to licensed operators) that have a 12 month residual. It includes a clean out or attic dusting which consists of applying a mixture of Borid, silica aerogel and pyrethrum that we apply with a hi power duster in the attic and electrical outlets. We will automatically treat the exterior of your home every 2 months and we will service the interior as often as once a month if needed. This is our most effective program. YEARLY COST: $495.00 (homes up to 3,000 sq. ft.) to include carpenter ants but does not include white footed ants. *YARD SERVICES: Regular service for fleas, ticks and chinchbugs $30.00 if done when we service the house or $45.00 when done separately * Price is for lawns of 6,000 square feet or less. LAWN, TREES & SHRUBS FERTILIZATION PROGRAM: Prices vary from $30.00 per month to $45.00 per month. Ask your technician for a FREE LAWN ANALYSIS. WHITE FOOTED ANTS:

As we are a small company, operating on a tight budget, we do request that payment be made within 7 days of service. Please note that should your account become in arrears of 90 days we cannot provide service until the account is brought current.
